How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete your personal data, you can do so through any of these methods:

1. Send a message to our Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger account with the text: "Delete my data"
2. Contact our support and request data deletion with your phone number or platform user ID

What Gets Deleted

• Your conversation history
• Your profile information stored in our system
• Any saved preferences or settings

What We May Retain

We may retain certain data as required by law:

• Order and transaction records (required by Ukrainian tax law for 3 years)
• Data necessary for resolving disputes or enforcing agreements

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
