Privacy & Data Handling
We process customer messages solely for the purpose of providing customer service. Messages are stored securely in our database for conversation continuity and are not shared with third parties. Customer data includes only what is needed for order processing: name, phone, delivery address.
Users can request deletion of their data at any time by sending a message to our support channels.
